I am only 58 pages into this book and let’s just say the naked hardback looks amazing so already the bar is sitting pretty high 🙂

I know this is a multiple POV book but I have mostly read from the point of view of Zelie. You can’t help but feel bad for her at this point all she wants to do is take up and protect those she cares about but if she does worse things will happen all due to her being born as a Diviner.

I am not sure how I feel about Tzain, Zelie’s brother, I can’t tell what his role is going to be just yet.

The only other POV that I have read from is Amair the princess.  I foresee her questioning the treatment of the Diviners to the point of going against her father the King. You already see there is no love there only fear.

I want to say I am going to love this book.
