My main goal for 2019 was to either catch-up, finish or DNF series that I have already started. I have a real issue with finishing series, I am not sure why I just do. I did not have any structure around this goal just that I needed to get it done. I didn’t make a list since I knew that it would put extra pressure around it that I just didn’t need. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by the results. I did better than I thought I would and I feel much better going into this year knocking some more out. For this year I make a list of some of the series that I would like to get to this year, knowing I will not get to them all. Did I mention that I have a huge problem with this.
Now some of these series have sat on my shelves for way too long. And as a result, my reading tastes have changed over the years so it just came time to remove them from my shelves. Bonus when I sold them I was able to put the money towards Christmas.

It looks like you did awesome last year! My current goal for the year is to finish (or catch up on) at least 9 series. I have 27 series that I’m keeping track of that I need to finish and 8 series that I’m wanting to start over because I waited too long to start the next book.

Good Luck with getting those done. I have a bad habit of staring more than I finish. I didn’t mention one that I am hoping to start over because I got to book 5 then stopped and its been years. I just waited too long. I am hoping to start picking up The Wheel of Time books again and that is such a commitment. lol

That’s not a *totally* absurd list lol. I think you did great last year! Catching up on series is always one of my goals too, I have *way* too many outstanding series.
